The short version of this odyssey is receiving a microwave oven that I never ordered, which was subsequently picked up AND received back by Circuit City. Six weeks later they not only have not credited my credit card, but they have argued with my credit card against my billing dispute (which I initiated immediately when their incompetent customer service gave me misleading information).

So now they have the microwave back AND my $108. They have made a crusader out of me, and I will tell anyone who will listen never to shop with these thieves.

Proof is in the posts there Robert.....

AUTHOR: Ben - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 27, 2006

More of the same....

"I mess with you because I enjoy it. Just as you felt the need to stalk me in the "Brake" threads, I decided after months of putting up with your incessant attacks, to give it back to you. "

Ok so now you admit your not here about opinions, facts, or even care about the subject of the threads. Thank you! Your just here to insult. Thanks Robert, I think everyone here, and on all the other threads you post on, know that. Its nice to see you admit things for once.

But about this stalking thing on the "brake threads".....

I havent made a post on a Just Brake threads in MONTHS! The first one was in all these months was just a few days ago. I didnt even acknowledge your post on it. I never mentioned your opinions, or even your name.

Yet for near a year, you show up on every CC thread I post on, and even several others......AFTER ME.

So once again Robert, this subject is dead as well. You have admitted you hunted me. You have admitted your only here to insult. Months have gone by now since anything that can even remotely be considered a "hunt" by me. Yet you have continued NON-stop.

Proof is in the posts!

Are you really this daft?

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 27, 2006

"I'm still waiting for your "proof" that CC doesnt sell microwaves since that was the post of mine you attacked to get me into a "tither"."

I'll walk you through this Benjo. I NEVER said CC does not sell microwaves. How many different ways can I say this. I KNOW they sell microwaves. YOU keep wanting me to show "proof" of something I NEVER claimed. How exactly am I to show proof that CC does not sell them, when I KNOW they do. In fact, I stated very clearly that I know they do. As always, YOU twist what someone says to fit your mindset.

I mess with you because I enjoy it. Just as you felt the need to stalk me in the "Brake" threads, I decided after months of putting up with your incessant attacks, to give it back to you. The difference is simple though. I can take it. You just froth at the mouth and spin wildly out of control.

I called you a schoolyard bully for a reason. You act exactly like one. You pick a fight, then cry foul when you get bested. I asked you repeatedly why you need to stalk me in the "Brake" threads. Your answer was something about having to go after all of us who don't believe the customer is an innocent waif.

Robert, nowhere on this thread did I say anything of this sort....

"Robert said this......"

So just drop it. You have hijacked and twisted this to levels beyond reason.

A person made a post about a microwave from Circuit City.

A person attacked that original post by saying that CC doesnt sell them.

I proved they do sell them.

You attacked me for proving they do sell them.

End of story.

Let anyone that reads this thread make up thier own mind.

As is always the case with you, YOU say one thing, then turn it around and claim you didn't say it. The "they" you referred to included me. Stop trying to insult anyone else's intelligence by trying to spin what YOU say into something completely different.

You attacked me for "believing him"????

AUTHOR: Ben - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 26, 2006

You have to be kidding Robert!!

How many times did I say "need more info".

NO ROBERT! You attacked me just to attack me. Nothing in my first post even hinted at IF I believed him or not. It was about IF Circuit City SOLD them or not. Nothing more. Matter of FACT, there are numerous posts where you bagered me for a yes or no answer and I refused becuase there WASNT ENOUGH INFO. What are you going to do now? Deny you did all those posts as well? What a joke. Your going to sit there and say "you believed him!!" right after numerous posts where you ASKED ME IF I BELEIVED HIM?????????

Thanks for once again showing that you can twist and distort just about anything to get your jolly in insults.

Now about these quotes.....

"I guess you dont think that CC sells microwaves."

That was a question Robert. Not saying YOU SAID IT.

"Care to answer for IF Circuit City sells microwaves? (that is YES or NO)"

Another QUESTION Robbie-boi! Not saying you said it.

"...or they still dont believe Circuit City sells microwaves."

Are you "they"??? Nice taking things out of context. Why dont you repost the ENTIRE quote there. I think it distinctly said something to the effect of "they are here to insult or they still dont believe Circuit City sells microwaves". That says nothing about IF you said something or not!(other than your insults)

"And certainly not by foolish statments like "We dont sell microwaves....bugger off!"."

That was directed at Omessiho. Because that is EXACTLY what he did. He bashed the original post by saying they dont sell them and continued on that "fact". Bogus as it was.

"I'm still waiting for your "proof" that CC doesnt sell microwaves since that was the post of mine you attacked to get me into a "tither"."

Well Im still waiting Robbie-boi!!! Or will you admit that your here just to insult and the facts be damned eh?

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 26, 2006

"Show me where I said "Circuit City does not sell microwaves"."

Well Robert....where did I say you DID say that?"

Okay, here goes:
"I guess you dont think that CC sells microwaves."
"Care to answer for IF Circuit City sells microwaves? (that is YES or NO)"
"...or they still dont believe Circuit City sells microwaves."
"And certainly not by foolish statments like "We dont sell microwaves....bugger off!"."
"I'm still waiting for your "proof" that CC doesnt sell microwaves since that was the post of mine you attacked to get me into a "tither"."

Is that enough for you, Ben? Those are YOUR statements. Try keeping your story straight. You used to be much better at this. Now, it's just sad.

"You attacked my original post which did nothing more than show CC does sell them. I have asked you repeatedly to clarify....WHY?"

No, Ben. In fact, my statement agreed that CC sells microwaves...ONLINE. I attacked you for believing him at all. In order for you to believe "Merek's" story, you have to believe CC sends merchandise to people without their knowledge or consent, and that CC gets all of it's billing and shipping info out of thin air.

"Did you attack to counter my post and its facts? Or will you finally admit your only reason for being here is to insult?"

Yep, you got that right. I told you a long time ago why I come in the CC threads to blast on you. I'll try again. Since YOU admitted you needed to go into the "Brake" threads to attack me, I decided it was fair to do it back to you. Again, you admitted several times that was your whole reason for doing it. I put up with it for awhile, then decided it was time to give it back to you. Apparently you don't like it.

Funny, but considering YOU started it, why are you crying foul when it comes back to haunt you? You're just like a schoolyard bully, a term I used several times to describe you. You like to pick the fights, but when someone turns around and nails you, you go crying to the Teacher.

I'll stop it when you do.

Kim, you DO know

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 20, 2006

Scenario one-"Merek" did order it, and this thread is a fake.

Scenario two-"Merek" did not order that particular model, and tried to return it improperly(not likely).

Either way, "Merek" provided ALL of his billing and shipping information. And again, considering "Merek" has not returned to his own thread, look very closely at scenario one.

Now your saying "until the poster comes back"? Gee wiz Mr.Grissom, you were so dead set that this person is a liar. Now all of a sudden its "waiting for him to clarify".

Funny you were not waiting for anyone to "clarify" when you demanded a "yes or no" answer. Matter of fact your excuse was that it wasnt needed since your mind was completely made up, and thus it was the "fact" of the case.

Nice flip flop. Its a first for you.

I'm still waiting for your "proof" that CC doesnt sell microwaves since that was the post of mine you attacked to get me into a "tither".

Logic would suggest

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 12, 2006

Robert,

Which is more likely:

OP was disgruntled and went out of their way to post a ficticious complaint hoping to cause CC damage and when they go through the hassle they make a post that is hard to believe/understand.

OR

OP writes at the level of the average American. I.e. without understanding that their readers aren't coming from their point of view.

Also, keep in mind that it's fairly hostile to assume that a person's post here as a falsification versus a poorly written explanation of true events.

In any case, Ben was accurate with his statement that CC does sell microwaves and all of the railing against his first post seems like knee jerk reaction to his posting style and any offense he may have caused you or others in the past.

POSTED: Monday, April 10, 2006

Merek does not say he recieved a different unit than the one he ordered. His statement "...microwave oven that I never ordered..." can be interpreted either way, mine or yours. Both are possible.

Considering Merek has not responded since he posted originally, I'll keep using my scenario. If Merek corrects my assumption, then I'll change my mind.

Thank You Robert from NM!!

AUTHOR: Ben - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 10, 2006

Thanks Robert (not Mr. Grissom!) from New Mexico.

You have touched on what I have stated from the beginning.....

One can only speculate on the REAL issues of this case. To "assume" that either CC....OR...the customer goofed here is nothing but speculation.

The reason I post on these threads is to deflect from the attitude that the CC trolls, and Robert from FL like toss into the mix.......

Attack the customer at ever turn!

There just isnt enough info to sway either way. We can sit here forever speculating just WHAT really happened. But nobody has anything in concrete.

One thing that IS in concrete is that Circuit City DOES sell microwaves, and at a certain price. Which was the entire basis of my original post. To take it to any other level is nothing but assumptions. To attack me for showing that they DO sell them, shows that the attackers are here for another agenda.....or they still dont believe Circuit City sells microwaves.

Ive made no full out assault on Circuit City on this thread. So I dont think the customer deserves a full assault on his post. And certainly not by foolish statments like "We dont sell microwaves....bugger off!".

I don't think it's false, and logic doesn't indicate it is

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 10, 2006

Robert,

The original post looks to me like it could mean that the customer ordered a microwave and received a different microwave. i.e. one they never ordered.

If this is the case, I believe one of these three scenarios happened.

Several CC employees screwed up or intentionally have been screwing with this customer despite the customer being friendly and understanding that they are just doing their job the best they can.

or

They were less friendly with the staff at CC so they have been getting the "we're not helping" treatment.

or

The customer didn't send the microwave back with the necessary documentation to let CC send them a refund.

I think that the most likely scenario is the last one with a good helping of the second one.

Yes Ben. The PROOF is called LOGIC. LOGIC disctates CC does not send merchandise to anyone who does not order it. LOGIC dictates CC does not charge merchandise to someone's credit card without their giving the info to CC. LOGIC dictates that the person recieving the merchandise must have given CC this information in order to have recieved the merchandise. You can substitute LOGIC for COMMON SENSE.

You just keep getting more hilarious with each posting Benjo. How do you get so much so wrong so often?

Who is Bob Grissom? Not me. Sorry to disappoint you. Sucks to be you.

In a city of over 800K residents(over 1M when you include the communities bordering Jax), and 841 sq miles, you naturally thought we had a total of ONE NAPA AutoCare Center. I guess that's how it works on Bizzaro World.

Actually, we have 40 of them. You are just too funny Benjo. Most shops aren't good enough to be considered. This city has a several pages of listings for repair shops...only 40 made the cut, and mine IS one of them.

Even if you figure it out, you won't be able to post any bogus reports about me. I'll require you to scan and post a copy of the invoice to PROVE your complaint. Since you NEVER provide PROOF of anything(except your own cluelessness), your complaint will go nowhere fast.

Hijacked by Mr.Grissom .....part 4

AUTHOR: Ben - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 06, 2006

Robert,

Lets take your points...which are worthless for MY FIRST POST........

"1. Merek DID order the microwave. He would NOT have recieved it any other way. Quit trying to spin reality into your fantasy world."

Did he? Can you prove that? I cant! And neither can you! As someone else (nicely) explained computers can make mistakes. Just as people can. But I didnt address if he "did" or "didnt". YOU DID. My first post was to address and counter what Omesshio stated which was a complete falsehood. You took it to this level. A level that cant be proven either way.

"2. Since Merek did not tell the truth about item #1, I seriously do not believe anything else he has written. Again, CC does not send merchandise to people without their approval."

Ah so hes a liar now eh? You have proof? No you dont. See above. Once again I DIDNT EVEN ADDRESS THAT ISSUE IN MY ORIGINAL POST. You have ignored the points of my original post to just get on some bash and insult bandwagon for me and me alone. Your pathetic. Dodge away Mr.Grissom.

"3. Since nothing Merek wrote makes sense, this item falls into place with #2(see above)."

Well this is just moronic. This last statment is only based on IF the original poster is lying or not which you nor I have any proof either way. Keep dodging little troll!

"You keep believing everything the complainers say."

No I see all sides and dont make assumtions. If I do make assumptions I put ALL the scenarios on the table (thus my inability to give you your black and white answer on the subject). Did I diss Circuit City? No! I dissed Omesshio for making a stupid comment about CC not selling an item when they do! That wasnt an attack on CC, it was an attack on Omesshio (I admit....and dont ignore....dodge or contort!). I have even stated in my 3 points "not putting blame on CC....OR....the original poster here!....not enough info...PERIOD!". But as usual here you are Robert, lying about what I said.

"Now, WHO is Mr Grissom?"

Oh how I love how the bulk of your last post was full of things for Gus Grissom. WAY TO DODGE ROBBIE!!! Running out of tangents to deflect your crooked ways?

You are either Mr. Grissom or you are a liar Robert. If you are not Mr.Grissom, then you DO NOT run a NAPA repair shop. At most, your a part plucker at a NAPA car parts shop nothing more. YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. Funny how you go by Bob Grissom on your company. But hate it when I call you Bob!

Now if you want to continue on this page (you obviously have your hands full with all these threads you insult on.....I just noticed 3 more your on).....fine. But you need to explain how CC should be allowed to keep a product AND the money. The original poster said it was picked up...thus he should get something back. Where is it!!

Now for Kim,

Sorry you have to see this drivel. I think I completely trounced the original attack by a CC employee and was happy to leave it at that. It ticks me off to see these people just attack outright for pathetic, if not outright false reasons. Robert just likes to insult the universe in general and has followed me all over (now almost exclusively on these CC threads). I will always counter when people put words in my mouth I never said, or outright lie about me. He knows that and just gets his kicks out of pushing peoples buttons. Travel around this site and you will see the pattern like a signal flare.

Since you trolls like to twist and contort, and now lie about what was said, fine.

I will repeatedly re-post these same 3 points. Nothing more need to be said about it.

NO more dodging little trolls. If your argument cant tackle these three points then you should move on."

Okay, fine.

1. Merek DID order the microwave. He would NOT have recieved it any other way. Quit trying to spin reality into your fantasy world.

2. Since Merek did not tell the truth about item #1, I seriously do not believe anything else he has written. Again, CC does not send merchandise to people without their approval.

3. Since nothing Merek wrote makes sense, this item falls into place with #2(see above).

Is that simple enough Benjo?

You keep believing everything the complainers say. This goes back to "the customer is always wrong". Merek DID order the oven, otherwise he would NOT have gotten it. Isn't it strange how you and I have NEVER gotten anything from CC without ordering it? Wait, no it's NOT strange at all. It just does NOT happen.

Now, WHO is Mr Grissom? Are you trying to compare me to that great man Gus Grissom? I'll accept that honor, thank you. Here's a few of his achievements:
Posthumously awarded the Congressional Space Medal of Honor
Posthumously made Honorary Mayor of the City of Newport News, Virginia
Distinguished Flying Cross for his service in Korea
Air Medal with cluster for his service in Korea
Two NASA Distinguished Service Medals
The NASA Exceptional Service Medal
The Air Force Command Astronaut Wings
Honorary Doctorate, Florida Institute of Technology
Some more accolades for the distinguished gentleman:
Tributes
Grissom Air Reserve Base in Indiana is named after him.
The Virgil I. Grissom Library in the Denbigh section of Newport News, Virginia is named after him.
The Virgil I. Grissom High School in Huntsville, Alabama is named after him.

The Virgil I. Grissom School No. 7 in Rochester, NY is named after him.
The now defunct V.I. Grissom Elementary School in the former Clark Air Base, Philippines was named after him.
CSI character Gil Grissom is named after him.
Thunderbirds character Virgil Tracy is named after him.
Grissom Hall at Purdue University is named after him.
Grissom Hall at SUNY Fredonia is named after him.
Grissom Hall at Florida Institute of Technology is named after him.
The star Epsilon Cassiopeiae was named Navi, "Ivan" backwards, in his honor. Grissom and his crew used the star to calibrate their equipment and recorded the name as a joke, though it eventually stuck.[1]
Gus Grissom is the Class Exemplar of the United States Air Force Academy's class of 2007.

Hijaked by Mr.Grissom.......Part 3

AUTHOR: Ben - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 06, 2006

Robert,

You really are pathetic. Now your going to lie and put words in my mouth again?

Saying that I "admit" something. No Robert, I admit nothing. Nor can ANYONE say "yes" or "no" in this instance.

Why?

Because NOBODAY can prove one way or the other if this person received this microwave as he says, or as YOU say.

Can you prove that this customer made the mistake?.....NO!

Can I prove that CC made the mistake?....NO!

So your black and white question of "yes or no" is MOOT!

So let me put words in your mouth like you do to me Mr.Grissom.......

You must obviously "admit" that Circuit City DOESNT sell microwaves, showing that your a complete idiot (and liar). Since obviously they DO. And you have avoided that subject since the beginning. You have deflected from my original post about WHAT CC sells, and for how much since the beginning. You have dragged this into something it isnt.

So unless you somehow can show proof positive that this person made the mistake then you dont have anything at all to stand on Robert. Nor would I if were to say that CC is totally in the wrong.

What we CAN do is.....assume, and have an opinion. By the nature of the post, I have given you the various SCENARIOS that I think COULD have come into play. MY OPINION. One that you twist and lie about. But, sorry unlike you I am not going to jump on the "bash and insult" bandwagon and bash CC here like you do this customer and me. Asking a "yes or no" question when you dont have enough facts and have no proof either way does no good for either side.

So Robert, you havent answered my "yes or no" question. I may give loooong answers, but at least I answer!!

I guess you dont think that CC sells microwaves. Since that WAS the basis of my original post on this thread. You just ran off on something else in a pathetic attempt to insult and bash for your own twisted pleasure.

Just as I'm sure Larry will dodge about his "they will never get a refund from an online purchase". Totally ignoring that the original post even STATED that the item was picked up! (I love how people mysteriously disappear after they make outrageously stupid comments like that........anyone seen Omesshio lately??)

Dodge and insult away little troll! (and lie about what I said.....its your calling card)

Show me where I have ever referred to a customer as "idiot". You cannot.

"YES or NO would be the easy way out for you wouldnt it. But life and situations are not always BLACK and WHITE. I hardly think the original poster gave enough info to make such clear cut answers."

Actually, YES or NO would have sufficed quite well here. It was a simple question.

"Well now that I think about it. It's PROBABLY YES. (note the word "probably". I know you will just RUN with that onto another tangent and put words in my mouth. I have to repeat myself constantly for you Robert because your such a liar about these things.)"

Great Benjo. Probably YES is still not YES. This goes back to my "You gave your usual vague noncommittal answer, that you can fall back on, and say "I don't know for certain"."

And there you have it folks! Benjo still cannot bring himself to actually consider the customer is WRONG in this case, or any other. Maybe you should stick to bananas.

Sean? Did you read the original post or are you like Robert here to bash??

Sean you write....

"Now, as for returning the item, and getting a refund Ben: NOT GONNA HAPPEN. The only way Merek can get a refund is by returning the item the through the mail. He cannot drop the item off at Circuit City and expect a refund."

Have you totally missed the point in the original post about......

"which was subsequently picked up AND received back by Circuit City."

Did I mention anything about "taking it back to the store"?????
NO!

Did the original poster make any mention about "taking it back to the store"?????

NO!

This is the entire problem with all of you. You dont even read the post!!! (and Omesshio doesnt even know what his company sells!)

Nobody mentioned anything about all this garbage you people spew. You take things on assumption only then run with it.

THE GUY EVEN MENTIONED THAT CIRCUIT CITY.....PICKED......IT......UP!!!!

Miss that???????????????????

The only thing I did was take what WERE facts (the microwave being sold by CC, and at what price) and used them. Now all you people talk about are things I never said, or the original poster never mentioned.

ONCE AGAIN......

1. Mistake or not, original poster got an item they didnt want or didnt order. (not putting blame on CC....OR....the original poster here!....not enough info...PERIOD!)

2. Original poster is trying to get his money back for an item he returned AND CIRCUIT CITY HAS ALREADY PICKED UP (can you possibly miss that ONE more time?.....most likely!)

Mistake by Circuit City computers are possible

AUTHOR: Dave - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 05, 2006

While it is impossible for a microwave to appear on someone's doorstep without them having given their address and credit card number, it is possible that they did this previously when ordering something else.

I know Best Buy / Future Shop do keep track of CC numbers and billing addresses (having ordered online myself) so that you don't have to re-enter them in the future. It wouldn't take much for an order by someone else to be attached incorrectly to Merek's information. As I working in the software industry, I don't have any faith that such an error would be impossible.

Maybe someone else is filing a report about the fact that Circuit City has credited their credit card with $108 and won't take it back.

Why dont you look into how to help, or resolve the issue....

Ok lets assume he did order it by mistake. Now he would like to return an un-used, un-opened product. Sounds simple to me!

Answer NO-I am retarded and just like blasting away at businesses and individuals alike. I have a disorder that prevents me from accepting the FACT that customers do stupid things, and just overall hate Circuit City. I despise capitalism, and have to protect everyone from themselves.

Those were the only two choices I gave you, Benjo. And, you couldn't do it. You gave your usual vague noncommittal answer, that you can fall back on, and say "I don't know for certain".

Perhaps he isnt to savy with computers at all. Maybe its his first online purchase.

Ok Robert.....step by step......

AUTHOR: Ben - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 04, 2006

Robert,

Lets take the first three posts.....

1. Original poster...complaining that they got charged for a microwave they didnt order.

2. Omessiho posts, berating the original post with two points. A: Circuit City doesnt sell microwaves. And B: $108 is not a viable price for a microwave.

3. My post completely trouncing Omesshio's two points with PROOF in the form of LINKS to CIRCUIT CITY's own website showing pricing of a MICROWAVE.

Now we have you here. Why? Because your after me, and me only.

Now lets put this whole who "chased" who to rest......

About 8-10 months ago we locked horns on a few Just Brake threads. Why? Because you insult bash and are generally a jerk to whoever would dare to call them on their bogus advertisment.

What was it Robert? About 2 maybe 3 Just Brake threads. AND I HAVENT BEEN BACK IN ALL THOSE MONTHS!!!

But all these months YOU have continued to show up. Thread after thread, post after post. You always post after me. The proof is in the dates for all to see. You chased me down on 2 politcal threads, and all these Circuit City threads. This has gone on for MONTHS.

The facts stand for themselves Robert. Your here for me and nobody or nothing else. I havent posted AFTER you in almost a YEAR!!! Yet you show up consistantly now. How you can even sit back and call me a liar (which you havent given an example), or how you can say I'm hunting you is absolutely insane. This post is complete proof that you have another agenda. You even admit it.

Two or three posts from near a year ago compared to the non-stop drivel you have posted since then cant EVER be misunderstood.

Now for me "hunting" Omesshio...maybe. I dont deny it. But one major difference is that I stick to the subject at hand....CIRCUIT CITY. And I dont make crap up (Like this latest from Omesshio, or your "Islam is being forced all over the country on our school kids" crap! Oooooo boy!.....one little town in one county...hardly a national conspirecy!). You and Omesshio attack EVERYONE. I just sit back watch you put your foot in your mouth and come back with legit statements of facts when I have them, and my OPINIONS. You just like to twist and contort which is which for your own gain. PATHETIC! You cant even come up with legit arguments of your own so you come up with these BS deflections and outright falsehoods.

And please stop with this bullshit "oh hes using the I forgot excuse". Your constant raving about that BS "Islam in CA schools" and "Oh he doesnt even know where his own county seat is" crap just doesnt fly. You know d**n well its just a ruse to deflect from the real subjecct of the posts here since you have no viable angle what-so-ever!

For someone that sided with the religious nutcases on those political threads touting about ethics, your the biggest hypocrite fool I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.

Your a crook, your a liar, your nothing but a flim-flam man. Your "ethics" are akin to a snake oil salesman from 150 years ago. How you can say your a decent human being after the drivel you have put down on this site is just amazing.

Now if you have something to add about Omesshio's comments about NO microwaves being sold at CC, or at what price then just PUT UP, or SHUT UP.

Your nothing but a bottom feeder that thinks its his legal right to rip off anyone. Good gawd! You would sell snake oil to people on the short bus.

I can just see you in front of a judge right now......

Well Robert, its not legal to rip people off, no matter how "stupid" you think they are, or how "stupid" they really are. Eitherway, your still a con man,and its still a rip off.

Another twisted trip from Bizzaro World (Martinez, Ca)

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, March 31, 2006

"But as usual, you once again show, that you have no intention of sticking to any subject except the one where you bash. You dont care one bit about Circuit City or Microwaves, or IF they sell them, or for what price. Zilch!"

That's right Ben. I don't care about the price of anything at CC, or if they sell something. Merek is complaining about CC sending him a microwave oven that he claims he knew NOTHING about. Pull your head out of your butt, and just think about it. I gave you the scenario. Do you REALLY think CC just pulls the names, addresses, and credit card info out of thin air, and mails the unsuspecting consumer merchandise? That is EXACTLY the scenario Merek wants you to believe.

"As for your Just Brake threads, yes, by all means I tracked you down on those just as I track Chris (Omessiho) on these CC threads. You people are just sick. Someone has to counter this garbage."

FINALLY! You finally admit what you do. For all this time you claimed you were just there, and we were attacking you. Now, the truth finally comes out by your own admission.

Thank heaven we all have Ben to fight the good fight against people with COMMON SENSE(I know that is like Kryptonite to you) who can see a scam, or a rediculous complaint when they see one.

Sick? Nah. What is sick is denying things that YOU know about, demanding proof the whole time, and then claiming you forgot all about it(the Hillary defense). Or, claiming something yourself, and refusing to offer any proof, when you insist everyone else provide it. Do you also need to know the definition of "is"? THAT is sick. You make wild claims about everything, bob and weave in and out of the subject, and when countered by anyone using YOUR own tactics, you go ballistic.

Please go to the Party Store near you. Get some big balloons, and hire a clown. You really could use some laughter in your life.

Once again... off we go.. hijacked by Robert

AUTHOR: Ben - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 30, 2006

You never stop do you Robert. I think its pretty clear that your only reason on this site at all (doesnt matter what thread) is just to insult. Your a petty man Robert. You seem to get your kicks out of insulting the universe.

Oh, and yes, Ive admitted many times that there are areas I "dont know about". But as usual, you once again show, that you have no intention of sticking to any subject except the one where you bash. You dont care one bit about Circuit City or Microwaves, or IF they sell them, or for what price. Zilch!

Your only reason here is to insult....period.

What have you done on this thread?

Nothing much except stick to me, and away from Microwaves and Circuit City. Bizzare tangent after another you go off on.

As for your Just Brake threads, yes, by all means I tracked you down on those just as I track Chris (Omessiho) on these CC threads. You people are just sick. Someone has to counter this garbage. You get your jollies off insulting and berating people. If you broke this down into "good and evil" its pretty easy to see which side I am on and the two of you are. I'm more open minded and can see the shades of grey....and defend. While you and your new found CC buddies (which you say arnt worth a d**n and not to listen too!)see only black and white, if not only one color. You come up with BS tantrums, rants, outright false statements (care to question those microwaves again????), insult at every turn, and sit there like you have some god complex as if your better than everyone else in the universe.

Your gruff, your rude, you lie, you insult, you cant back up a d**n thing ever except with your own opinion, then have the gall to sit back and say to others that they never show proof when the bring down MOUNDS of it on top of you. Society has a name for people like you. Its called "evil".

"I dont know if the original poster is being honest or not on this one."

You "don't know"? Unbelievable! Ben doesn't know something, and admits it!

What's more amazing, is you say you don't know if Merek ordered it or not. Do you think CC looks through the phone book, takes a name and address, figures out on their own what credit card to use that belongs to that mystery person in the phone book, then sends the guy stuff and bills his card...all completely unkown to the unsuspecting Merek?

I have always assumed you were a bit more intelligent than that. If not, accept my apologies.

As for following you in here, so? You never had a problem following me in the brake threads. It's called equal treatment Ben. Look into it.

You might also want to go buy a sense of humor. You seem to be lacking in that department. Is life really so miserable for you that you take any of this seriously?

More funny things....

I never said I "knew" or didnt "know" if Circuit City sold microwaves online only or not.

Funny, Robert, how you say "by my own admission" they "only" sell them online. The only thing I did was point out that they DO SELL MICROWAVES! Which is what Omessiho's angle was to try to trounce....and failed! Matter of fact I mentioned "buying it online NOWDAYS would cost a bit more!". Obviously showing I really DONT KNOW if they sell only online, or not. It doesnt matter if I do or not, or if the purchase was online or not. Online was the only thing I had to go by. Much easier looking there than going down to the store (blech!!). All I cared about looking for and finding was "DO THEY HAVE MICROWAVES". The only reason I pointed out the online and instore price thingie was just to say that "$108....IS a viable price". Nothing more.

Nice tangent to spin off on! Once again Robert, are you here either to insult me (most likely..as always), defend the original poster (something you would NEVER do), or attack the original poster (yup...you always have a nice warm fuzzy comment for them dont ya?).
I would say its just here for me since you showed up, as usual, right after I did. Went off on another flawed tanget based on one of my commets from a previous post. And ended with one of your usual "F**K the consumer!" quips.

Now I bet your will try and twist this thread around and say I followed YOU here. This I gotta see!

I dont know if the original poster is being honest or not on this one. I just thought it was rather funny he (omesshio) could continue to try and insult at every chance and make himself look foolish when he doesnt even do his own research about his own company!

Omessiho attacked this post like he always does. I just pointed out the flaws in his arguments. Nothing more. Where the original poster is, on the truth front, still remains to be seen. Sean does ask some decent questions. The same I'd ask (I would be a tad nicer about it...no need to get huffy from the get go). Omessiho totally went off the deep end this time, and focused on 2 completely bogus rants. He just jumped on the "bash, insult, and berate" bandwagon again at first chance and made himself look stupid in the process. I just pointed it out.

1. Circuit City doesnt sell microwaves....false.
2. $108 is not a viable price for a microwave....false.

I did nothing more.

Oh...and nice to see your still hunting me down there Robert. Once again showing that your only existence is to bash, berate, and insult. Guess your in the right place with the right people eh? Have you thought about a job at Circuit City. I'm sure Omessiho can tell you where to fill out an app.

Didn't even have to see the poster's name

AUTHOR: Sean - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 29, 2006

Ben,

I knew it was a post from you from the first line.

Let's have Merek answer this question first. If you never ordered a microwave, how was it delivered, and your credit card charged?

Now, I may not be the smartest person, but I do believe when something is ordered online, and you use your credit card to purchase it, it will be delivered. Conversely (that means opposite), if you DO NOT order and DO NOT use your credit card, the item WILL NOT be delivered. Is that making any sense, or should I have big bird explain it?

Seems to me, that you used your credit card, ordered the microwave, had last minute doubts after clicking accept, and then are trying to cry like a baby about it.

By your own admission, they only sell microwaves ONLINE. So, in order for him to recieve the unit, HE would have had to place the order ONLINE, along with providing his billing and shipping info.

So much for his claim he didn't order it.

Microwaves?...at Circuit City?.....you must be a liar sir! Let me bash and insult you!

POSTED: Tuesday, March 28, 2006

Just kidding! I love the "insult the customer first....think later, or not at all" metality of some of the Circuit City employees that post here.

Thanks Omessiho....you always give me a good chuckle.

Funny about this "Circuit City doesnt sell microwaves", and the follow up about "$108 bucks is to expensive blah blah blah"..

Funny how that happens.

Somebody should have checked the Circuit City website before posting. I distinctly remember the original poster saying "microwave oven that I never ordered". Sounds more like a online order, than a store pickup.

Oh...and look! Its $99!! And lets see add tax guessing at tax, but going with a nice 8.5%...rounding up to nearest penny), and we come to........

$107.42

Sounds about right to me! Close enough to $108. of course then there is shipping, so my guesstimate is, that buying it online NOWDAYS would cost a bit more!

What was that again about "back to school days being cheaper"? You think that might have been.....a Back to School Days... SALE!???
