Circuit City Did not honor extended warranty plus plan Roseville, Minnesota

When we purchased our HD TV an additional $580.00 was paid for and Extended Service Plan Plus covering any and all damage or electronic failure for a period of three years.  The Circuit City Co. closed stores in our area but all warranty services were being honored.  However, when we filed a claim to replace our screen which became scratched we received notice through an independent TV repair contractor (who had come to our home to document the damage) that the insurer would not cover the replacement of the damaged screen.  The insurer's phone number is 1-800-878-1167.
