I paid CSI & received 6 usages. I used 3. They gave me NO
information on the 3 & were NO help about anything.

When I tried to post their "help" they said I had to pay more money -- that I'd "used up" my 6 usages.

There's no way to contact this company (without spending additional money). No tech help available, no help at all. It was a terribly frustrating experiece. They are a MAJOR rip-off!!! I plan to cancel my credit card payment.

Only wish I'd Googled them first -- would have been pre-warned & never have used them. Awful to have been victimized!
