cis records advertised unlimited information searches for a one time fee for one year, two years, or five years. After signing up through paypal and becoming a member found out information was available through a credit system based upon info requested. Credits were taken even if information was not obtained
I was not able to contact this company after initial use. Information only came up one time and then was erased. Was unaware this information would disappear after logging out.
