Citicomm Wireless destroyed my my phone instead of repairing it San Francisco, California

I took an HTC Evo 3D here for a screen replacement. It cost $260 and they did a poor job twice. Now the phone is unusable and they won't guarantee their work.

The first time the screen wasn't flush on the bottom so I took it back. After arguing with me for 10 minutes, they finally agreed to fix it and then I received it back hours later with the screen not only popping out of the casing but the capacitive buttons aren't working and don't light up. They said they couldn't do anything else, the phone was "fine".
