Citifinancial Mortgage, Associates ripoff, dishonest, loss of legal papers, not following legal guidlines, evasive, charging more, 3 different balances on acct, rude, wont return calls, wont produce requested paper work The Lakes & Irving Nevada & Texas

We are trying to get a payoff amount on our loan. Citifinancial will not reply. We did get one in Aug.2005, but was wrong. It did not reflect our payments for the last 19 months or the payments that were made through a court order by a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee for the last 19 months. They said they didn't have any proof that the bankruptcy was ordred, and a trustee had made payments. Our due dates for payments were changed. The place where we were to send our payment changed often. No one would return our calls. They are basically a joke, a ripoff, and a fraud.
