Citimortgage and associates have sent us numerous notices "we owe" "we owe" but do not have the minimum respect in answering our request for "a letter" explaining where we were late if we were?! No just a barrell full of computer generated mail and calls and e-mails to call as we can not even log in to our account ???? They so far have ruined our credit and don't  have any talk about adjusting our current interest rate of 6.5% ?!?! They received there bailout money and are still on the dole for contributions from us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
