I have been a customer of Citizens since the were Charter One. When they became Citizens RBS everything changed. They take advantage of the average customers with lies and crazy high fees. They have also gone in and changed accounting to come out ahead. You can read about some of the things they do on "My 3 Cents", Rip Off Report other complaint web sites. They need to be investigated and people like me need help from someone they can't push around.
