Citizens National Bank Misleads you and rips you off Las Vegas, Nevada

We went to Citizens National Bank because they advertise they support small businesses. THEY DON'T!!! We were told if we opened a savings account in addition to our checking account, we would make some interest on the savings account. If the checking account was going to be overdrawn, then the money would be pulled from our checking account to cover any overdraw and we would not incur overdraft fees. LIE!!!! We were almost immediately hit with $37 overdraft fees even though we had hundreds and sometimes a thousand or more in our savings account that would have more than covered any overdraft we had. Went into the bank and we were told that yes our checking account had a note on it to pull money from the savings account to cover any overdraft - but CITIZENS DID NOT DO THIS SERVICE!!!! When asked why we were told this, they said we had been mis-informed.

The three top managers at the Twain Center are cold and heartless. They do not care about the customer at all. They did nothing to help us. In fact they did everything they could to drive us out of business!

We called the bank headquarters and were promised to have a call the same day from a representative - Laurie - who was over the Nevada banks. Never got a call. We called back and talked with John, boss over Laurie, and he promised a call from a manager in Las Vegas by the end of the day - that was two days ago and still nothing.

Plus the software that Citizens National Bank uses for online services is pathetic. We would go to the bank and get a print out that showed our pending deposits from our credit card business - money coming to us from sales paid for with credit cards. Now the bank could see it, I could see it at the bank - COULD NOT SEE IT ONLINE!!! And even though it was in the bank and they could see, we were not given credit for it, sometime for days!!! So the bank got the use of our money and continued to charge us fees for everything we did!

If you are a small business, do not believe the advertising of Citizens National Bank. The mislead, lie, fail to fulfill promises, they are not a bank for a small business.
