The practices and actions of public officials in small rural communities are detrimental to everyone. Including children, Seniors and people whom depend on the character , respect and dignity of The Beacon Building Department. Unfortunetley, these nacarsistic self serving indiviuals are not concerned about the well being of other human beings, but only in what they can get away with and pay offs.
Mr. David Buckley, Deputy Building inspector is disgusting and is not of right mind and character, He is a sneaky, underhanded and a dishonor to the people he is employed to serve.
Mr. David Buckley, has an extended history of recieving kick back money in exchange for looking the other way, while unsuspecting tenants are living in grave danger. This matter was reported to the local news agencies, and a few local attorneys where contacted concerning these matters. Lets Get to the Point: Mr. Qelaj Qele, aka Charlie property owner of 906 Wolcott Avenue, Beacon New York ,
Allowed raw sewage to leak inside of the buildings basement, Mr. Buckley was summoned many times prior to these final incidents, Which endangered the lives of woman and children. On many occassions over many years, Mr. Buckley repeatedly obserbed very serious code violations, but did nothing to secure the well being of the tenants. There is exstensive mold and Mildew in the property.
Families suffered tremendous health issues surrounding the mold issues which where reported to Mr. Buckley. It was only when an outside agency was summoned to inspect the property, that Deputy Building Inspector, David Buckley CONDEMNED the building. The children whom resided at 906 Wolcott Ave, Beacon New York ) suffered through many hospital visits and stays, in addition to the previous families that also resided in the building. A single disabled woman who weve been told, was exposed to the hazardous condition in the midst of having brain surgery, we are told after the woman returned home she became deathly sick , after the surgery, because unbeknown to the tenant the Building had a Methane Gas Leak. which created additional health issues, After coming back to the property after brain surgery her open wound was exposed to detrimental Gases leaking in the building. Finally the woman returned to the property thinking she could return home to recover, but returned to a CONDEMNED building where the families found themselves homeless, ( can anyone imagine such a plight!) To add insult to injury the families where forced to move out. And the landlord (charlie aka Qelaj Qele denied the tenants their security deposits. We are bringing this information to the attention of the public. We hope and pray that no one is placed in such an unforseeable situation. David Buckley is a lier and a snake and attempts to place blame on someone else, but he and Mr. Qele are the responsible parties.
Furthermore, the political and Criminal Corruption ties are deeply ingrained.
