They lie and are disrespectful to their customers. The foreman said just to sign papers without him filling them out first.
LOOK elsewhere!
Did not follow through on what they promised.
Play on the phone with us. Did not offer customer services.
Doubled their fee, said we lied.

Attention to all readers!
We, Civic Van Line, don't recognized this customer; this review was probably written by one of our competitors.
Recently, Civic Van Lines are a victim of several false bad reviews, in attempt to taint Civic's great reputation. These efforts are apparently made by one of our competitors.
Although, we would be gladly if "Jean from Irvine" will provide any kind of proof that we gave her any kind of service.
We have a friendly and helpful customer service and a super-proficient moving crew that always gets good compliments. We would be glad to referral them to whom will be ask for.
