I received a letter in the mail stating I need to pay a deliquient balance immediatly or they will garnish my wages, put a lien on my automibile and proceed further actions.

I googled the company it has a previous ripoff report made on them from 1 month ago. Their website is not properly made when I look it up on my phone half of the words are cut off.

There is also not any municipl court in Huntington Beach. I have never even been to California in my life. Something needs to be done to this company for lying and saying people owe debts that arent true.
