I assure you that The Claims Pages field manuals for adjusters are very real and if you placed an ad in one of our directories, than it can most certainly be found there in. We have a rather large distribution for a company our size and I regret to say that occasionally books do not reach their intended destinations (although NOT often). If you did not receive your copy of the California book please contact your account executive and they will gladly remedy the situation. Our advertisers range from the national fortune 500 to the local one man owner operator and we are anything but a scam. I would urge you and any other concerned parties to contact us directly to resolve any issues as we have people on staff for that purpose.
