Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We made a large purchase at an appliance store and as an incentive the salesperson used the $500.00 gas Rebate to us to make it appear we were really saving $500.00.
After 1 month I went on line to redeem the certificate to mail in my gas receipts and find that the company is in Chapter 11.
It appears that the company was not in business more then 3 months and took the money and ran.
Bottom line is I feel liek I have been ripped off twice..Once from the applicance store and then from the company furnishing the Gas Rebates.
Buyers beware of all Rebate promotions.

Pamela,
I understand your frustration when you found out about the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy that BBZ Resource Management, Inc. (AKA ClaimYourGas.com, ClaimYourGroceries.com, ClaimYourRX.com, ClaimYourMerchandise.com and FreeFuelCenter.com) filed leaving you with a worthless certificate. I would be just as upset as I am sure you are.
But there is a little confusion over the comapny names in your complaint.
KidzIDz is a Child Safety and Protection company that had a marketing contract with BBZ. BBZ broke that contract and on June 18, 2009, KidzIDz filed suit against BBZ on behalf of all the consumers that BBZ was not providing Visa Debit cards to like they said they would. Here is a link to that suit.

KidzIDz was NEVER a part of BBZ nor is it owned, in whole or part, or operated by the principles of BBZ and therefore should not be included in this complaint.
KidzIDz never filed for Chapter 11.
BBZ Resource Management, Inc., the redemption company that was to redeem your certificate is the company that filed for Chapter 11. And it seems they did it on June 29, 2009, just 11 days after KidzIDz filed against them for the thousands of consumers (like yourself) that BBZ has left out in the cold.
According to the link above, when KidzIDz wins the suit, all award money, will be issued to consumers just like you.
