Clarion Carriage House Inn Del Mar Inn charged me for two nights... i cancelled 12 days in advance! Del Mar, California

i went to cancell my reservation at the clarion house Inn located in Del Mar.ca and the very rude manager said it was a 14 day cancellation policy..i said i was never told of this when making my reservation..i said its 12 days out..whats the big deal?..she said no and charged me for TWO nights!! 251 bucks..
i never got an email confirming my reservation..this was all done on the phone..she NEVER told me of this policy..im out 250..and my CC wont even go to bat for me..bank of america..they only cater to illegals..i will cancell all my CC with bank of America and NEVER stay at a Choice Hotel again
