Manager Steve---Clark tires Waynesville or Goodyear tires They were supposed to work on my car and ii was quoted $400 & it was $1400 and they ruined my car. It won't even change gears now or climb up my driveway Waynesville North Carolina

I took a 1971 charger in great condition to them and was quoted $400 & it ended up being &1400. The only reason I took the car their was I was having a shift kit in and was told I needed a different carburater   I bought this and a me distributor and the put it in 2 weeks later. The car was a 9 out of a 10. It ran and looked great and nope it won't climb a small hill. I called them and was cussed out by Steve the manager and he said he wasn't going to do anything.  I called the corporate office and talked to supervisor Tim and after talking to him for a long while he finally agreed to have it towed to what I later found out to be Steve's friend at advance Transmission. Three told me it would be started on immediately. A week later it still sitting up there untouched. At 1st I was told by Tim they would fix everything even if they had to put in all the optional parts back in and I agreed. Now when I called Tim he told me he would want to get involved. As of now I'm out &1400 and the car can't be driven. This was a very nice car I have had 3 yrs and I bought it thru Barrett Jackson auction. They only handle high end cars From $15000 to  $50000000 cars. DO NOT USE CARTER TIRES OR THE NEXT VICTIM COULD BE YOU.
