I worked for Christopher Nezer for four days. In that time he called me and other employees; stupid, lazy, ignorant, and uneducated. He threatened our jobs daily and threatened to close the shop with no notice twice. We were forced to watch religious based "motivational" videos every morning. Any complaint about them and we would be fired. I wasn't given my 'contract' until my third day of employment. As it turns out I was classified as an independent contractor. I was the parts guy. They trained me on company policy, what to do, how to do it, and how to use All Data. By definition I was not an independent contractor, I should have been classified as an employee. I was also never told for certain what I was to be paid. They conveniently left that line blank, but if I didn't sign the contract I wouldn't be allowed back.

After four straight days of verbal abuse, threats, and intimidation I emailed him and the accountant my letter of resignation. I was told that my check would be mailed to me, but it has been 15 days and still nothing. My calls get hung up on and I get no response from email any longer. Yes it's only four days/34 hours, but it's the holiday season and I have bills as well

 Christopher Nezer likes to brag about his prison sentence. He claims it was for defending his patents and makes no mention of other check and fraud charges. He bullys his employees and makes constant threats. He has said that we are all stupid and uneducated because we live in Kentucky. Had I checked Ripoff Report sooner, I never would have taken a job from a career criminal. Also I was never told about the independent contractor thing until I'd already began working. I fear that I will not ever be paid. Any suggestions?
