The Clear Credit Services has bee calling my home and continually threatening me or my wife with a class A lawsuit even to the extent of using the IRS as the plaintiff. The amount stays the same at $300.00. plus interest incrued  from 2011.

I have not paid them anything, but the harassing needs to stop. I called them at the number I provided you earlier.

Please help me in this matter if at all posseile even though I haven'tpaid them anything.
