this company told me that if my credit card account has not been late for a period of 2 years,they guaranteed a reduction of my interest rate down to single digit rate. they charged my account for 995.00 dollars. when my personnal advisor was supposed to contact me, he failed to call several times. I talked to supervisor , she promised return of money to my account,which never happened. I called many times and talked to supervisor,she always had some reason for delays. I called my c.c. company and disputed charges. to this day,my c.c. company has not helped me at all.I have names,dates,and phone numbers. I kept journal of contacts,but still no results
