TELEMARKETING SCAM, FALSE PROMISES MADE OVER TELEPHONE, BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS, REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE WRONGDOING, CHARLES TOD ALLEN TAKES MONEY AND DISAPPEARS, WILL NOT RESPOND TO TELEPHONE CALLS/EMAILS, CLEAR LOGIC SOLUTIONS IS A FRAUD!!!!!
Multiple attempts have been made to rectify this situation with the company. Currently they are not responsive and will not acknowledge any wrongdoing. I suggest all consumers that were victimized by this company file a complaint with the Oregon State Attorney General and local Better Business Bureau. Nine complaints have currently been filed against them on the Better Business Burearu.
All complaints are similar in nature describing how elderly consumers like myself have been deceived. In August 2018 I fell victim to their predatory telephone scam and lost $5,000.00 of my hard earned money. Over the last few months I have made numerous attempts to call/email the company and work towards a resolution.
Nobody will acknowledge my efforts or try to discuss what happened. I have filed complaints with Federal and State authorities and urge everyone to do the same. Since losing my money I have looked deeper into the company and its owner Charls Tod Allen. It seems he has a history of criminal activity and has taken advantage of people throughout the country.

Mr. Charles Tod Allen what you are doing is horrible. The lives you are ruining by scamming people out of their money will not go unpunished. I want the $5,000.00 returned your company stole from me and an apology for the heartache you have caused!
