This company scams people into thinking they can settle their debt for pennies on the dollar. Instead of settling the debt they contact clients to request payment increases for the sole purpose of collecting their fees. They take their fees upfront and in most cases the settlement fails but you are not reimbursed for your fees. How can they charge me a fee for settling a debt, reverse the payment that was intended for my creditor and continue to charge me a fee? I have paid $2,000 in fees to this company and my creditor never received a single payment. Not 1 dollar.
