Clear Point Direct ripoff, placed a mail order with Clear Point Direct on August 3, 2005. Have received no notices-back order, cancellation offer, or merchandise. Champlain New York

I placed a mail order from a magazine coupon to Clear Point Direct, for 2 bras, on August 3, 2005. I did not keep a copy of my order, and therefore, am not certain of the mailing address, but I believe it was a city in New York.

My check has been cashed, and no merchandise has been received.

To date I have received no notices regarding the order being back ordered or not in stock, or any other correspondence regarding the shipment.

I decided to check the website on the coupon, and discovered this company is not legitimate. Please advise me what my recourse is to get a refund or receive the bras.
