0 stars. The sales manager violated my first amendment rights of free speech in writing, he threatened to sue me for calling clear wire's direct tv a scam. I called him a con artist. Beware of James Galindo he is a slick con man. james works in Ontario and burbank ca. This review has nothing to do with sprint in anaheim. I couldn't find clear wire in ontario ca. He threatened to sue me if I didn't take the craiglist post off. I should of just used rip off report. James gallindo is a con artist . All I said on craigslist was that james is a con man and clear wire is a scam. The guys a conman. stay away from clearwire ontario ca. It is in the ontario mills mall.

How is this guy a con? So, he's a pushy salesman. That's a commonly used technique among bad salespeople, it doesn't necessarily equate to being a scam. You failed to mention any examples of how this guy actually ripped you off.
Seeing as you didnt actually back up any of your claims, it leads me to believe that you simply have some beef with the guy personally. Therefore, if what you were posting on Craigslist was a lie, that is slander and defamation of character and he was completely right to threaten legal action. That has nothing to do with your right to free speech. Remember, your rights end where another's begin!

The guy is very pushy when he sells the items. He just keeps bugging the customer after the customer tells him that they don't want clear wire's service. he bugs and bugs like a con man, he doesn't know when to quit. He annoys the customer so much they leave and james loses a sale.
