i think it is terrible that the company does not refund or send a replaced pair. mine were delivered and took them out of the package and they were broken. i really would have liked to try them. i sent them back and nothing came back if you cant deliver what you advertise then you should refund me. i am very disapointed. hope to hear from you soon.
