O the 9-30-2002 I sent an order from a magazine for some diabetic socks to Clearpoint direct. The check that I
sent cleared my bank 10-15-2002. I have not recieved the socks and have tried to contact the company. The phone number is no longer in service. Their web pages are all coming up as not available on the internet. This company is still advertizing in Magazines. I think it is time to stop them!

I ordered 2 bra's on July 29th, sending a check
for $13.73. On August 15, 2003, our cancelled check was returned ~ BUT, NO MERCHANDISE as of this date, October 5, 2003.
I have been quite ill for some months, and forgot to check my pending file for sent orders.
This is the first time that we have had trouble with mail orders...we hope this will help to get our money returned or the ordered merchandise.

As the president & C.E.O. of Clearpoint Direct.Com it is my personal responsibility to ensure all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and the level of service we provide.
Therefore, on Janaury 16th, 2003 upon seeing his report, I personally investigated Robert's situation by calling him on the phone to see if he did infact receive his merchandise. It arrived shortly after is was shipped from our warehouse.
We received his order on October 10. Due to a short backorder, his order was shipped out on November 6th. He received his merchandise shortly thereafter although he could not remember exactly when it arrived.
For customer service related individuals who experience delays in shipping or similar issues may call our customer service specialists at Toll Free 888-840-9999.
Contrary to what Robert has stated, our phone number has never been disconnected. In fact we have increased the number of lines available. Secondly, while service interruptions may cause temporary disruptions in our web hosting service, the web site is functional and we have never changed our web address since the time it was first installed.
