Clearwater pools promised to build a pool and spa in time for my new years eve party 8 months later. I paid over $50,000 and had a concrete hole for that party! After picketing, writing a postcard to all their current clients for the last year, they did complete everything 18 months later. Except that I have a corner of the deck that fills with water when it rains and a valley that does not drain down the middle. I reported them to the county and state and hope I cost them more then they cost me, I have over 10,000 clients in this city.

Clearwater Pools has gone above and beyond trying to satisfy "Gayle" form Lake Worth, on April 16th, 2003 we recieved a certificate of Completion for "Gayles" pool and we have completed numerous punch out lists and we have answered and satisfied the BBB and The Department of Professional Business Regulation. "Gayle" has made several attempts to defame our name and hurt our business, Clearwater Pools has been in business for over 27 years and never before had to defend our reputation. "Gayle" held up the construction of her pool by adding an extensive heating system and by her refusal to make her payments as per her contract. "Gayle" has sabotoged her own pool by ruining the Diamond Brite finish and the filter system due to her negligence. Clearwater Pools gave "Gayle" 6 months service to her pool at no charge, installed a safety barrier at no charge and resodded her yard at no charge all or which were not included in the contract and she is still not satisfied.
