Clemens Marina Did not adhere to verbal contract Portland , Oregon

We were buying a boat from Clemens Marina in Eugene. The boat was located on one of their Portland businesses. We had arranged financing and the financing person was in contact with the salesman. We had our insurance agent call so that we could insure the boat. We had a date to pickup the boat. We then received a call from the Eugene salesman, Phillip, stating that the owner sold it to someone who presented to the Portland office with cash. This was a poor business dealing and a breach of a verbal contract.
