 This is WHY you dont buy big items online. IF there is a problem there is NO HELP!!! If the item isnt as packaged when they shipped it out then they are going to claim its used. NO ONE wants to purchase something someone else has used, even if its to remove it from the box just to see if it fits!!! I would suggest that you refrain from making online purchases but YOU wont listen. Ordering a book or a pair of shoes is one thing. The BIG expensive items should always be purchased in a retail store. Im betting that YOU saw how CHEAP the online price is in comparrison to a retail store and chose to get the cheaper one. In doing so you have caused your own issue. Sorry but maybe you will get lucky and be able to either modify the one you recieved or you can sell it to someone at a cheaper price. See with online ordering you are purchasing from someone in a different area or state. The odds are that they are not EVER going to run into you in any way shape or form so they DO NOT have to be nice OR work something out with you. But this is what YOU WANTED!!! Cheaper, no human contact and all of it on YOUR terms. As with every situation in life there are consequences for the choices you make.
