My name is Luis Caban,

 I have worked with and known mister Randy Michael for over 20 years. He is a hardworking stiff if I ever known one. 

He is very well known and in Cleveland for his work  on Radio and newspaper that caters to the Hispanic community. He has been involved in many non profit events that have help our minority community. 

Now to the good stuff, I know the person that sent this report to you, I saw the threading email he sent Mr. Michael, I also heard some of the conversations he had with the guy, (I’m reserving his name because of the investigation into this, and also because of possible civil litigation) and personally can attest to the threats made to Mr. Michael from this person stating that he would do harm to Mr. Michael. 

I greatly appreciate what your report has done for so many, we need more sites like yours, but in this case it is an injustice that is being perpetrated against an innocent man. This person is using your site to damage the integrity of an honest man that is very loved by our community. I am encouraging others to follow suit and make a rebuttal such as I have.

In conclusion, I hope that my words will help you understand that this is not right, this is cyberbulling from a guy that just wants to hurt some to get his way.

I am writing an update to this post. The person who is being affected by this had nothing to do with it. I used information from an email that was not meant for me from somebody I never met. I have been asked by this person to delete this post but I cannot. The system only allows me to update it. The things I wrote are none of my business. It was a third party transaction and I took this upon myself to get involved.
