Help from any attorney who will take on this case. Clever Island is advertising a promotional $20 Walmart shopping card if you subscribe to their service. If you review other complaints, like mine, you never receive the $20 card even after repeated telephone calls to the company. Bryan Listine at 212-968-0600 said he is the owner of the company but refused to resolve this matter with me as per our telephone conversation on April 14, 2005. We need an attorney to pursue damages on a class action basis.
