Clever Marketing Spain Employes workers from the UK to Spain and not pay them Ripoff Fuengirola Spain Internet

This company on several occasions has employed UK workers and asked them to move to Spain (not providing any of the moving costs) then after 2 months you will find that they will admit to having no money in the business account to pay anybody.
Meanwhile they are taking money of the clients and telling the web site developers not to bother doing all the work they are contracted for and in most cases the excuse is that they are English and the company does not like the English just the money in which they have.

Dear Readers
I am the Managing Director of the company Clever Marketing.
Here some observations:
1. We had only once an employee which relocated from the UK to work for us. We usually recruit local for several reasons. The statement that we recruit continously in the UK is false.
2. The person in question was fired for continous lack of disciplin. He had the habbit to be late for work and sometimes did not show up at all without evenn having the courtesy to call in. He has been warned and did not correct his behaviour hence his dismissal.
3. It is true that we had financial difficulties in the past and paid staff late. However the person in question recieved his outstanding wages after he left the company.
4. I have never made any discriminating statement about clients of any nationality nor do we treat clients differently based on their national origin. In fact, most of our clients are business people in Spain which came from the UK.
I did however, observe and state, that very often workers originating from the UK and living in Spain have very little work ethics and are generally speaking unreliable and are often ignorant to local customs (such as speaking Spanish for example).
This is a general observation and certainly does not apply to every individual. Nevertheless its the reason I actually prefer Spanish, or German members of staff.
The experience wth the person in question and this report just confirm this preference to be the right choice.
