Beware of this company. We were given their phone number by AT & T when we had a problem with our internet connection. They charged us $1600 and wanted to access our computer. They did nothing! They did not fix anything and when we complained they lowerd the charge by $500. I have since reported them to the credot card company and stopped the charge and reported them to the fraud department. This is a total SCAM!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.
