Clickinks.com Inks don't work; no money back Lake Mary, Florida

I ordered remanufactured inks from Clickinks that their website claimed were compatible with my Epson Stylus Pro 3800 printer.  The cartridges were not accepted by my printer, and the remedies proposed by Clickinks tech support did nothing to change that.  I asked for my money back and was directed to the little box at the bottom of the Clickinks website that says that the moneyback guarantee is only good for 30 days, and it was several days too late.  They told me verbally on the phone that they will credit my account the full amount when I send the ink cartridges back, so I can buy more ink from them.  Then they sent me an email saying that " store credit will be issued to your account for an amount that will be decided" according to store policy.  We'll see.
