ClipCouponCS.com Took money out of my checking account without my authorization Internet

I applied for a payday loan online. The site said that it was secure. The next morning when i checked my checking account this clipcoupon scammer at taken 19.93 out of my account. I did not authorize this. My bank suggested that I close my account because if they had access to my account others could have too. My bank also told me that when you apply for payday loans online those companies sell your information to third parties and this is how they get your information. I will never apply for anything else online again using my personal information. Something needs to be done
