I purchased a new digital video camcorder 12mp camera w/ 3.0" screen, only to find out that the product worked all but one time! After the first use, the camera would not turn on or except a charge.

Also, there was a constant rattle inside the item which I contribute to the problem.

I can't seem to reach anyone to remedy the problem!
