The Clive Coffee Company is not customer oriented. they refuse returns for miss-sent items; ignore attempts to contact them; ignore requests for exchange.  You buy from them and your "SOL."

Purchased a tamper. wrong size received; ignore attempts to return for exchange. their staff ignores forms submitted for services and exchanges as defined on their web page. 

Dealing with Clive Coffee is like going to a Charlie Sheen wife-swapping party and coming home alone.

As a company in a narrowly defined market (IE gourmet coffee products and accessories) they would do well to vacate.. or sell to a business savvy owner.

Technical glitch

I'm the founder of Clive Coffee, and we take our customer's happiness VERY seriously. This customer is correct that we did not reply to his three requests to exchange his tamper, but it was not on purpose. His email address was flagged as spam by our filters, and we didn't see it in time.

He finally called our 800 number on May 19th, and we apologized and emailed a return label the same day. We credited his card in full as we do not stock the size tamper he was looking for. This unfortunate incident is not the norm at Clive Coffee, and I am very sorry that this happened.
