I am experiencing the same issue. The installer was so sweet when she came to take the measurements, stating she was the best in the company. After I had the closets installed, I noticed marks all over my hard wood floors, a crack in one of my walls and the closets are not what I was led to expect. They are way too big for the spaces, with even the installer complaining that the measurements were off and they had to do a lot of "banging" to get them to fit.

Now I have 2 closets that I cannot utilize, since the hangers do not hang properly. The sales rep basically blew me off, telling me there's nothing she will do, as I signed off on the work. She even admitted that they see issues with the hangers not fitting properly on some closets...Interesting this was never mentioned when she was bucking for the sale...

After escalating my issues to the Sales Manager, I was provided a solution, which included cutting the closets up and drilling new holes to refit the bars. No referenvce to my floors and I was told that the crack in the wall was there already and not their concern. I was also told that the modificaitons they would make, would cause cracks to the product. Well, that is NOT what I signed up for, and will not pay one dime until it is resolved to my satisfaction. The Sales Manager is now, no longer with the company, and I cannot get anyone to call me back. I keep getting the run around. I feel gipped and very misled by the sale rep and this company. I don;t know what to do at this point...
