Clover Valley property management Gus Kuptz Worst Landlord in the Midwest, large ripoff artist, very cheap, invasive, and suffers major bipolar disorder Minneapolis Minnesota

Gus Kuptz, who owns a few properties, under Clover Valley Properties around north and south Minneapolis and is the worst landlord I or any of the other Tenants I have talked with have ever experienced by far.  He was given the properties from his mom about 3 years ago and has no inkling on how tenant and landlord relationships work.  I need to worn anyone who is lucky enough to read this before renting from him and getting locked in to a contract that you will regret the entire term of your lease if you make it that long.

The largest problem with him is that he thinks that every tenant is responsible for the building and anything that goes wrong in the apartments or building, he does not understand that as a landlord he has responsibilities to maintain the buildings and apartments (after all is that not why people rent instead of own).  He is also the largest ripoff artist, and will take major advantage of any penny he can, as well as attempt to charge you for anything from mold removal to pest control.

 He on top of that never cleans the inside of the buildings unless someone is about to look at an open unit.  Worst of all he is extremely invasive regarding personal things, which serious cresped my wife out and will enter your unit without notification, plus he is bipolar which makes the situation in dealing with him unbearable.  I implore anyone anyone looking at one of his properties to stop before it's too late.  This is not meant to be a bashing on him, simply just a warning to those looking to rent from him.
