These guys are a big ripoff.
First of all they are expert in writing fake reviews, for example, look at the fake reviews these guys have posted as positive reviewers.I mean why on earth somebody from Nevada City, CA and Hampstead, NH get carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning from somebody in Charlotte, NC?????
Anyways here is my TRUE story Mark Ohana and Jaime are thieves and my experience with them is nothing but a highway robbery. First of all I was never provided with a proper paper receipt and the dryer vent was not cleaned and is now blocked again. On 7/21 CLT Quality Air Duct Cleaning came out to clean my vents specifically the dryer vent. I was told by the dryer repair man from CLT Quality Air Duct Cleaning the vent was blocked and a fire hazard. When the technician was done I was skeptical that is was not completed correctly but he said it was. I asked for a paper receipt he said take a picture. So I did two months later we call the dryer repairman back out because the dryer still wasn't working and he said the vents are still blocked. we called CLT Quality Air Duct Cleaning and they said nothing they can do they only provide a 2 day warranty. Then my roommate spoke to them and he said there is nothing they can do they only provide a week warrantly. He said it is on the receipt which we only have a picture of because the technician wouldn't give me a paper receipt and on the parts we can read we see no mention of a warranty timeline. The company refuses to come out and do the job correctly or to refund the money paid.
We had a different company come out recently to clean the dryer vent. They advised us CLT Quality Air Duct Cleaning did absolutely nothing when they came out. The vents were completely blocked and have been that way for a while. They also informed us very dangerous lint had built up in the back of our dryer and could have caught fire at any time. CLT Quality Air Duct Cleaning should not be in business they are a complete scam and could have caused my house to burn down by claiming they did something they didn't.
Stay away from this sham scam people Mark Ohana and Jaime. CLT Quality Air Duct Cleaning sucks and needs to be put out of business. Don't believe their fake reviews as I mentioned earlier why would people fro, Nevada City, CA and Hampstead, NH get carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning from somebody in Charlotte, NC????? and leave positives reviews. This company probably hires company to write fake reviews or do it themselves. Shame shame.

Well Mark Ohana and Jaime of CLT Quality Air Duct Cleaning are the biggest liar in Charlotte. To hide the crappy and ripoff service they offer, they write fake reviews and then if a real bad review comes by they would want to pass it as if its fake - I mean comon guys, why would people frm CA and other states take air duct cleaning services from somebody in NC and write GOOD Review about their service. Yes ofcourse this scammer can come with excuses that they "JUST" have yelp addresses from out of state but they are actual owners of houses in NC ...Then he also claims that ex-employees are writing bad reviews..
If you want to believe him and repent and want to get frustrated with your life and health ( remember air duct if not cleaned causes severe health issues, especially if you have young kids or old peeps), just like I did, please go ahead and hire him.
Guys there are so many good service providers out there. Don't take a chance with this scammer and his company.

Dear Costumers !
This is a fake review from ex employee who worked for CLT Quality Air Duct Cleaning a couple days. He was asked not to continue with our company becuase he did not meet our quality standarts.
He threatned to write this fake reviews upon not being asked to work anymore.
Here is a few facts why its a fake review:
1) This "costumer" states service was provided by our company on 07\21 of this year(2014) and he was have to call two month later to a dryer repairman which would be 09\21\2014 (a future date)???
2)CLT Quality Air Duct Cleaning was working on a contract job out of state in 07\21\14, when the "costumer" claims he was provided service in Charlotte, NC.
3) CLT Quality Air Duct Cleaning provides carbon copies of all reciepts for all services.
4)Our company guarantess the services for 12 month.
5)Each of our costumers feel free to call at any time to 704-450-8555 for any questions or concerns and we offer a great costumer service to address all costumer concerns immediately.
6)The "costumer" email us a private massage through yelp.com in 08\09\14 using inappropriate language, I am Mark Ohana as Owner request from him to provide us a phone number and physical address or to call us back then we can have the option to varify him and refund a full amount including a repairman the "costumer" claims he used, today is 08\13\2014, "costumer" did not respond ??
7)All other reviews are from home owners in Charlotte NC metro area and SC even if they are originally from out of state on their screen name.
We provide Ethical, professional and friendly service to each costumer.
