Club Sunterra , Diamond Resorts Sunterra Help, I feel trapped in this scam. Internet
* : Answer to questions
Is there anyway out of this time share trap. The way it was set up seemed so simple. Then the first bill came and it was 75 dollars higher then they told us. The the dues payment came and it was 100 dollars higher then expected. Every year the dues go up by 100 to 200 dollars. I have not used there services and i don't want too. I just want out. Unfortunately I still owe 8000 dollars and the ever expanding dues.
Is there any way out? Are there any lawsuits pending? Please someone tell me there is hope I can get out of this scam without ruining my credit.
