I also purchased a $50 gift card for Christmas gift that is unusable at this point. Same results with phone # and web site. How embarrassing to give a gift that is nothing but a ripoff! I saw on one report something bout exchaniging it for a visa check card, if anyone knows anymore info on this please contact me.
