Clyde E. Lazenby Rip-off Wrecked my motorcycle, lied to the police, the court system and me. Cincinnati Ohio

This information is for all people to watch out for Clyde E. Lazenby of Cincinnati Ohio. He is very dishonest and will likely take you for all that he can. He also is a very hard person for the courts to locate.

He wrecked my motorcycle back in 1984 and gave the police that wrote the report incorrect information. He also lied about paying for all damaged to my motorcycle and to the police department.

He wrote me a letter stating that he was assuming complete responsibility for all damages that he did to my motorcycle. He also agreed to pay $1876.27 to cover these damages.

I finally had to take him to court and present all the evidence to the judge. Mr. Lazenby was served with a letter from the court to appear, but he never did. The judge ruled in my favor after reviewing all the evidence and also in part due to Mr. Lazenby never showing up for court. The judge ruled that Mr. Lazenby will pay $1876.27 and that garnishment of his wages would start immediately.

Mr. Lazenby left that job promptly, but I was able to get a judgement on him and the Court of Cincinnati has been so very helpful with this matter.

I may never get the money for the damages that he did to my motorcycle, but everyone should watch out for him.
