Samantha Ross at Clyde Trails Financials assured me that I had a buyer for my time share. She even had the names of buyer's signature, aka. Henry Williams on a contract that I also signed, and that they had put 20% deposit down.  I had to put in a documentry fee. Sent a check for 1985.00 March 20th of 2012. I was also contaced by someone called Jason, phone # 813-440-3056 who promised payment within 60 to 90 days. No further contact
