CM Creatives at the Scottsdale Expo sold me a massage devices that are double priced than other vendor on the floor for the same products. I left the products at the booth to shop for more. Return to the first vendor and told him that I wanted my refund because the 2nd vendor is half of the cost that I purchased for.

CM Creatives salesperson refused to refund me because I signed a 14 days of exchange on the invoice. I never saw the fine print of returned policy and never mentioned to me before I signed the invoice. The salesperson told me to sign the invoice without any explaination. My biggest mistake was signing on the invoice not knowing what I signed for because of his conceptive acts.

CM Creatives headquarter told me once the products were removed from the booth, the policy is in effect. I never took the products and demanded to get my refund. After long agrument at the end of the day the salesperson told me that I must take the products home. I was helpless but he told me that I could ship them to the company to get a refund. Therefore, I took the products home and the next day I called the police to report on the vendor.

Police came and the salesperson told the police and the tent manager that I would get my refund if I mailed the package to the company. We mailed the package the very next day on Monday.

Called the CM Creatives and the salesperson gave me instruction to send back the products. Three weeks later the company turned us down on refund because I signed the invoice. CM Creatives told me in email filed with BBB that once the products left the booth the policy is in effect and all salesperson must explain to buyers that there is a 14 days exchange policy.

I honestly told the company that his salesperson told me to take the products home and never explianed the returned policy. The CM Creatives didn't buy my story. I was angry about the conceptive acts of the salesperson selling me the products and lied to me in many areas. 

I talked to local lawyer for $40 for free information. The lawyer pulled out the laws that CM Creatives has implied to this law section 44-1522 Unlawful practices; intednded interpretation of provisions. 

Now, the company has my products and close to $1,000. 

I need help on this. I am unemployeed and have voluneered for three years without pay. I don't have the money to fight this.
