Cmk Marketing This person does his work over a blackberry phone and DECEIVES Internet

I had purchased a guranteed 25 signups to my free offer site through this company. Went a month without having hardly anyone signup through the opt in service. I had made several email attempts and this person never really responded back. All the sudden I made a threat to contact paypal and they just happen to find the time to respond back. This person was telling me how he was on a flight or etc and doing business over his phone. This one person is the only one from their company ever contacting me. Later on I had received more signups but I noticed something. Their site would state names of people that had signed up to my opportunity but when I went to my own signup site they weren't showing as anyone who signed up!. I was stupid to get involved with this company anyways considering they look like a 1980's site and this man does business over his blackberry and is the ONLY guy ever responding. When I contacted paypal before they pushed him to ad what he guaranteed and he started to. I cancelled my complaint in good faith that this man would deliver. Not ONE of any of my so called signups have I been able to get in touch with. This includes the invisible signups that supposely signed up to my site but oddly enough there is nobody under the names and email address's he provided on my site. They must be invisible?
