bought frigidaire washer/dryer because of rebates offered. got all rebates except the free soap. called cms rebate center & was told they would send out the soap coupons. never rec'd. called back (5 wks later) & was basically called a liar. was told the tide & bounce coupons come together & there was no way I couldn't have rec'd my tide coupons. I rec'd a coupon book w/6 bounce coupons in it & that was it.......no soap coupons. Lady said she would do some further checking & get back w/me & I've never heard anything since. Emailed the company (they say they'll respond within 3 days) and haven't rec'd anything back. I just want my free soap!!!!
