CMT Consulting Cydcor, Team TAG Group, TAG California Warning: CMT Consulting (Los Angeles) has 26 job ads on CareerBuilder Norwalk, California

This report is not to defame CMT Consulting or any other Cydcor affliate office, but  rather it is to education job seekers who are NOT interested in door-to-door commission sales.

This report is not a "Ripoff" per se, rather it is a warning to job seekers.

UNLESS you are interested in working door-to-door sales for commission pay with no mileage reimbursement (driving for outside sales), do not submit your resume and interview with any independent Cydcor affiliates.

The deception and "ripoff" of Cydcor affiliates is that they state "face to face" instead of "door-to-door" and they state "pay based on performance" instead of "commission-based compensation". Some Cydcor  affiliates will state "benefits" on their websites, but most affiliates do not mention benefits. Some Cydcor affiliates will state "base plus commission", but the base may be $300 a week and sales reps may be required to work 50-60 hours a week to meet their sales quotas.

Some Cydcor affiliates are involved with their local community charitable organizations; however, this does not change any negative reputation created by deceptive job ads, deceptive interviews, and deceptive employee business practices (commissions, training, etc). It is widely reported that Cydcor affiliate employees are "cult-like". Many Cydcor sales reps will advance up management and open another Cycor affiliate office and continue the Cydcor cycle.

Many Cydcor affliates (Independently owned Corporate Licensees) will state on their company websites and facebook pages: "privately owned and operated sales and marketing firm". Sometimes the ICL will add "premier" in front of "privately owned".

It is shocking to see how many Cydcor affiliates there are in the search results.

Liam Boyer, President of CMT Consulting Group spent $9334 on CareerBuilder job ads ($359 x 26). A search on CareerBuilder found 26 ads by CMT Consulting in Los Angeles (30-day period). A Google search for "CMT Consulting Norwalk, CA complaints" found no complaints YET, but if CMT Consulting operates like most other Cydcor affiliates, job seekers who interviewed and former employees will eventually complain. CMT Consulting has an annoying website with annoying music and swinging balls.

Many Cydcor affiliates are advertising "entry level marketing and sales" jobs but they are not including their company name in the job ads or state Company Confidential (CareerBuilder ads). Job seekers cannot research the job advertiser if the advertiser does not disclose their name.

Trevor Dzurenda, Dzurenda and Associates, dzurendainc.com , San Francisco, is one of the most prolific Cydcor affliate to advertise on Craigslist. A search of Craigslist for "Compensation: 30-40k" brings up 33 job listings and NONE of the job listings state the company name (Dzurenda and Associates), commission pay or door-to-door sales.
