CNAC - JD BYRYDER OF TAMPA BAY I have a bad report on my credit report due to CNAC - JD BYRYDER TAMPA Florida

I bought my minivan which was nice on the outside and filled with nothing but problems on the out. My first 2 months I experienced problems with the van, i calso called and made an appointment to have it checked out. They came back and told me oh, it's just the brakes once the van was repaired and i paid for the repairs. I had the same existing problem i called them back and then they claimed the found not problem i reported earlier in the van when setting the appointment.

A few weeks later i was riding on hilssborough and the van died in the middle of the highway i called JD BYRYDER and told them I need them to come and get this van because it has broke down in the middle of the highway and I have all four of my kids in the car. The operator told me Oh, Well there's noone their to come get the car even with the so called free towing service, I stay ont he highway until some came along to assist me. I was hot stranded and crying I called everyone I could think of, I took the money I was going to use to make a payment and called a towe truck company for assistance. They towed me to several companies, each one denied they could help me that day. Thank God their is a God in heaven that sent me a latino man who was actually a mechanic, he got the van runnning just enough to make it to his shop to look over it. Mr. Lorenzo told me that my car had major computer damamged and will cost me $450.00 plus to fix it.

I had not choice ut to fix it I called JD BYRYDER the next day explaining my horrible experience i spoke to one of the so called Accountants who told me there is no way that i was told by anyone in his office that I couldn't receive help. So i politely told him I am not paying for this car to be fixed and pay them too. for this lemon. So he said don't have it fixed , that didn't make any difference because I had already paid for the van to be fixed. Now my van was repossed for non-payment but, i was sold a lemon from the beginning. this was JD BYRYDER stratergy they made my credit score horrible. I never had a repossession on my credit report until now, and now JD BYRYDER is trying to get a judgement lien on me, which I need help fighting.
