You receive an email stating they are hiring pharmaceutical reps and ask questions about availability for interviews. You fill out their questionnaire and send it back. They respond saying you have to pay to go through online sales training with cnpr before you will be considered for employment. Basically it's a scam, no job available, they just want gullible people to pay hundreds of dollars for an unnecessary training.
