Co-operators Insurance, .cooperators.ca or The Co-operators or The Co-operators General Insurance Company Needed Evil? Guelph, Ontario

We were in a car accident two days before xmas 09. Our drivers fault he admitted it. Now we are dealing with the Co Operaotors (his insurance) for therapy and income replacement. From the first time we spoke to the co operators (boxing day) we have had nothing but problems. we were asked why we were not better yet. we were questioned on whether or not we had our new injuries before. we were promised that someone would come help us fill out papers. Yet no one did and they denied even saying this. Yet we have business cards from all the people we spoke with. We hired a lawyer and since than have recieved therapy. Unfortnantly they still send letters saying anything we need from devices to help with walking, someone to help with our daily living. And even cut off our therapy. We have started therapy for all the stress they have put upon us and my fience is a candidate now for a heart attack if he does not have some of this stress relieved. Now we recieved a letter saying that he is able to go to work again so their 3 drs say but these drs are nerologists, urologists, and phycotherists. who have nothing to do with soft tissue and spinal injuries. Yes my fience has spinal injuries. My self I have rotator cuff injuries, my hip is messed up and I also recieved a brain injury in the accdent, yet they refuse to do anything for me at all. They are not compensating me in anyway because according to the insurance company as I was just a home maker at the time they dont have to pay me. My feince can not work, he lost a full time job with benifits and union with a large raise, I can not even think about going out of the home to work due to my own injuries and I have to stay here to care for him.  and now they are trying to bully us scare us with cutting off the only monies we have to live on. How does one fight back?
